I don't really think either looks too bad. Everyone has them if they say they don't they are lying or just incredibly lucky. I'm 5'5 and 105 pounds and i have a couple stretch marks on my hips and inner thighs and i have a little cellulite on my upper leg under neath my butt. They are a natural thing and i don't think either should be criticized.
