Striae after lifting weights or something else?
I did weights yesterday for the first time in the gym and the next day I was really evil right pectoral .. I could not stretch .. and after two days and is still bad after four days im better, but I saw that I red spots on my pec. Almost like a small red grain color .. I got about 10-20. I was wondering what it is. Do stretch marks? I can see the lines red very, very low, but could be something else? Thank you
